As stated by Anthem, the plan/brands that were affected include Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Amerigroup, Caremore, Unicare, Healthlink, and DeCare. The company also stated that the affected members will get notice via mail which will advice them of the protection being offered to them and the next steps.
